Noha El‑Bakry

Noha El-Bakry is a seasoned people leader with nearly two decades of experience across global organizations and complex business environments. Based in Amsterdam, she is currently the Production HR Manager for EMEA at Netflix, partnering with productions and creative teams across the region to foster an inclusive, safe, and high-performing on set culture.
Throughout her career, Noha has developed broad expertise across key areas of people management, including Change Management, Remuneration, Employee and Industrial Relations, and Learning & Development. Prior to joining Netflix, she held a number of leadership and business partnering roles at Shell and BP, where she supported large-scale organizational transformations and capability-building initiatives across diverse markets and businesses in the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Noha is deeply committed to cultivating strong organizational cultures and enabling leaders to drive impact through empathy, feedback, accountability, and collaboration.
Noha has a background in Economics and is a CIPD professional. She also facilitates Red Cross Life Skills programs that help undocumented migrants integrate to The Netherlands.
